Though she has been ruling the roost as the item queen of Tollywood, her constant efforts to make her mark as an actress and that too as a heroine has not been yielding any result. We are talking about the item specialist and the voluptuous bombshell Mumaith Khan.Mumaith’s last release was ‘Punnami Nagu’ which was a major dud at the box office. However, there is news that the same movie is now being remade in Tamil with Mumaith as the leading lady and this has been titled ‘Pournami Nagam’. It is heard that few scenes from the Telugu version would be stitched there.
It is said that Mumaith enjoys a very strong mass following in Kollywood circuit and so the makers are hoping to capitalize on that one through this remake. Also, most of the actors in the Telugu version are quite familiar with the Kollywood audience, so that is another advantage.
