There was a time when skin show and exposure of assets was a thing meant for the screen only but these days, it appears that it has become the USP for all the heroines ranging from the big league to the debutantes.The most common feature that is being noticed by many during the film functions is that heroines have been coming in with a generous show of their thighs, cleavages, bare backs etc. The list ranges from someone as graceful as Tabu to the latest entrants like Suhani, Swetha Basu Prasad, Aksha etc. While this might look as a glamour thing as per the heroines, many say that it looks a bit too revealing and sometimes a bit embarrassing for them.
However, the one section that is said to be having a feast about it is the photographers who are said to be burning out memory sticks and coming up with many pictures. Apparently, they sell these pictures to various media and make some money. But then, it is being said that this culture of thigh show and revealing attires is something that was not part of the Telugu circuit before.
Incidentally, there are families that attend such events and they are heard saying that heroines dressed like that are sending wrong signals. As it is, the film industry has always been looked at with a skeptical eye when it comes to heroines and their exposing. Only time will tell if there will be a curb on this thigh show or would it go to something even more revealing and revolutionary.
